A Pre Order is an order for products not in stock in our store and have a future shipping date from the manufacturer. Arrival dates are estimated only and at times pre orders can be delayed or even cancelled.
In the event a pre order is no longer able to be shipped to us a full refund will be given to all affected customers.
Pre orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing your order. Any pre orders not paid for within 3 days will be cancelled.
Pre orders must be placed on a separate order. If you include other items with pre orders the entire order will be held until the pre orders arrive.
